Shipping Policy – KJS Bracelet Co.

Order Processing

  • At KJs Bracelet Co., all items are made to order with a focus on quality. Our current turnaround time can always be found at the top of our website.

  • In some instances, sale items may have a longer turnaround time. If this occurs, the extended timeframe will also be clearly noted at the top of our website.

Standard Orders

  • Our standard order processing time is 12-18 business days. Please note, this timeframe excludes weekends and holidays.

Custom Orders

  • Custom orders require additional time for creation. The turnaround time for custom orders is 20-31 business days, also excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Details

  • Turnaround time does not include shipping time. Once an order is created, labels are printed, and orders will be dropped off at USPS within 24 hours.

  • Your order will be shipped on or before the last day of your turnaround time, depending on when your order was placed and paid for.

  • Shipping times are separate from processing times. Once your order is shipped, delivery times will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Delays and Refunds

  • If your order is not shipped on or before the final day of your specified turnaround time, you are eligible to request a refund.
